If a client-facing process needs to be faster or tighter, it goes across his desk.

Alexander leads logistics — the fleet, the drivers, and the GPS-tracked chain-of-custody transport that connects a client's dock to our processing floor. He designs pickup routes across the Phoenix metro, oversees bonded and insured drivers, and is accountable for the sealed, serialized transfer paperwork that makes our chain of custody auditable end-to-end.

Josh runs the warehouse floor at our Scottsdale processing center. He's the one making sure every incoming asset is scanned into the audit trail, staged in the secure intake cage, and moved through the correct NIST 800-88 sanitization or shredding workflow.
