These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ewastephoenix.com and the ITAD, data destruction, and electronic recycling services provided by EWaste Phoenix. By accessing the site or engaging our services you accept these Terms.

Services

Specific service scope, pricing, pickup windows, and destruction methods are described in each written quote or service agreement. Certificates of Destruction and asset manifests are issued after processing at our Scottsdale facility.

Customer responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is accessible and safe to transport on the scheduled pickup date.
• Disclose hazardous conditions, sealed batteries, or damaged media before pickup.
• Retain independent backups — once media is sanitized or destroyed, data cannot be recovered.

Compliance and warranties

We perform data destruction in alignment with NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 and provide serialized Certificates of Destruction. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided "as is" without additional warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Website use

The content, brand marks, and layout on this site are owned by EWaste Phoenix or its licensors. You may not scrape, republish, or use the site to interfere with our services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
