Information we collect

• Contact information you provide via pickup requests, quote forms, or the chat widget (name, business, email, phone, address, equipment details).
• Service records associated with ITAD, data destruction, or recycling engagements, including asset manifests and Certificates of Destruction.
• Usage data collected automatically by cookies and analytics tools (pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate location).

How we use information

• Schedule pickups, deliver services, and issue compliance documentation.
• Respond to quote requests, support inquiries, and follow-up communications.
• Improve the website, measure marketing performance, and prevent fraud.
• Meet regulatory obligations (HIPAA, NIST 800-88 chain-of-custody, EPA, state e-waste laws).

Data destruction records

When we destroy client media, the serialized destruction records are retained for at least three years as required by our NIST 800-88 Rev. 2 aligned procedures. These records contain device serials and destruction metadata only — never the customer's data itself, which is destroyed on our secure Scottsdale processing floor.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data only with vetted subprocessors (analytics, hosting, payment, transport) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing recycle@techbrosaz.com or calling (877) 321-4823. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.
